Take Your Weight Loss Motivation Up And Watch Your Weight Come Down


For any of us to improve our life, we need to awaken our motivation and enthusiasm so we can achieve these improvements. If we are overweight and are ‘stuck’ in an unhealthy and unhappy body it is possible we do not have the inner strength to eat a healthy diet and exercise our body on the consistent basis that is needed for permanent weight loss. So the first place to start is strengthening our motivation to lose weight.

When we have higher levels of motivation we are more enthusiastic and it is so much easy to do the actions (healthy eating and exercise) so we can lose weight and KEEP IT OFF. On the flip side of the coin when we are unmotivated we are can also suffer from procrastination, laziness and indifference and these things cause us unhappiness in our life. But when we get motivated we act and do things which take our mind of problems and difficulties. We are then able to find solutions and achieve success.

So what can you do to get more motivation and enthusiasm?

There is a part of all of us that controls how much motivation we have and that is our subconscious mind. We use only a small fraction of our mind consciously. The much larger part of our mind is working unconsciously and it can be making decisions that do not serve us well and acting without us knowing why.

It is important to get your mind working with you if you want to lose weight and the good thing is you can train and reprogram your subconscious mind to think and do what you want. This is vital if you wish to lose weight as you will need to change the way you think about food and exercise.

The other really important change you will need to make is about how you think about yourself. The way you are thinking right now has bought you to where you are today and if you are not happy living in an overweight body the changes have to be made inside your mind first and foremost if you are to be successful at losing weight.

Firstly, in order to make the necessary changes to your lifestyle (healthy eating and proper exercise) so you can lose weight permanently, you will need to get to know and understand YOU on some “deeper” levels. You could likely have some roadblocks hidden deep in your mind that are made up so some old misguided self-beliefs that are giving your reasons why you are turning to food sometimes.

This dialogue and mental chatter inside your mind is telling you to make unhealthy choices and is the main reason why you cannot stay motivated to lose weight. Those inner hidden obstacles must be located and changed if you are EVER to lose weight for the long-term.
