Weight Loss – You Know ALL About It But You STILL Aren’t Doing It


You know all about weight loss. At its simplest you need to burn more calories than you eat, right? You’ve done all the diets, the exercise programs, read the books, watched the DVD’s and videos, purchased a gym membership or two and maybe even tried the weight loss pills.

You manage a day or two eating better here and there, you get in a couple of gym workouts, but it doesn’t stick, it is not consistent and you are still trapped in an overweight feel-bad body you don’t like. You are starting to get really frustrated as your struggle doesn’t look likely to end any time soon.

You are asking yourself “How can this be, I know what to do so WHY am I not doing it?”

Weight loss starts in your mind

Even though you know all about eating healthy and exercising the answer to your problem does not lie with either food or exercise. Weight loss does not start with your body and that is how you have been trying to solve your problem. It starts with your MIND and you will need to take a step or two backwards and fix that part of you first.

You are attempting to create change in your life (weight loss) with the same mind filled with the same thoughts, feelings and self-beliefs that created the problem in the first place. Surely you can see that you will need to make the changes there first and that the knowledge that you have about weight loss means NOTHING if you don’t DO IT.

No matter how many of the latest “diet tricks” you engage in that promise weight loss it is going to do NOTHING to change the inner programming in your mind. As you have no doubt already discovered your mind is a very powerful thing – it can take you to success or failure and never more so than with weight loss which 100 percent depends on your attitude. What you think about yourself can make the difference between reaching your goals and quitting before you have taken just a few short steps on your weight loss journey.

The reason you simply cannot DO IT is that it is too hard for you. You’ve tried and tried and now is the time to acknowledge that you need some help to make these changes. Unless you decide to learn a new results producing way then you will keep on doing what is easiest for you to do, which is what you already do… you know, all of those actions that keep you stuck in the body you currently have…the one that you dislike so intensely.

Weight loss can be yours

No matter how unhappy you are living in that overweight body the very good news is YOU and YOU alone have the power to change it. But not by continuing to do what you have been doing as we know that is not working. The only way you are going to change your inner programming…your mind-set… that is negatively influencing your weight loss efforts is to identify the problem then go about fixing it. This is the only way to free yourself from the pain and struggle and get what you want most – a strong, slim, energy filled, healthy body.
