How To Keep Your Motivation Up So Your Weight Goes Down

Are you finding it harder and harder to stick to a healthy eating plan or diet? Does your initial burst of enthusiasm and motivation fade away shortly after you start “yet again’ on your quest to lose weight? Well you’re not alone. Many people find the perfect diet plan, get rid of the naughty stuff, pick the start day and off they go, full of enthusiasm and high hopes.

All of your templates of ‘what to do in every circumstance’ are carried in your head. We build these templates as we go through life, not even aware that we are doing so, and they influence and guide our actions and motivation in all things we do automatically. We may notice that many decisions seem to ‘make themselves’ and happen without your direct ‘thinking’ about or ‘choosing’ them.

When you get yourself stuck in an overweight, unhealthy and unhappy body it means that one or more of your templates is no longer serving you well and needs a motivation upgrade. Most people WANT to live in a slim, fit, healthy, feel-good body and if your ‘inner’ mind programming is not matched up to this some changes need to be made to our motivation levels so that we can achieve what we want to have happen on the ‘outer’ of our body.

What to do? First we need to find these ‘weight loss deal breakers’ and change them up so we can get out of our own way. Once we do this with a simple mind software upgrade we head in the opposite direction just like a naturally slim person does. Each day we make better food choices, eat less food and don’t avoid exercise. If fact we look forward to it and actually enjoy it.
