It comes in spurts with a few days of eating better, the odd gym workout here and there but nothing that lasts. This causes us an internal struggle as when we look in the mirror we are not happy with what we see. We know we are not happy with the image looking back at us. That bigger and heavier overweight body is not something we want – not at all.

Well, the answer to this question is that somehow your mind software…your inner most programming is not matching up to what you want to see on the outside of your body. How it has happened who knows but that really doesn’t matter.
What does matter is that to be able to be free of this constant battle with yourself, your food and your weight that inner programming needs to be changed…you need a software upgrade. Only when this is done will you be able to get that slim, trim body that you want so much. Weight loss motivation will be yours and when you have that coming from deep inside…at your CORE…that is when is all becomes effortless.

You no longer think the thoughts “I’ll start on Monday” or “I’ll do it tomorrow”. There is no reason to because it’s so effortless and easy for you to do it NOW. In fact, you will be ‘doing it’ naturally ALL OF THE TIME.
