Easy Peasy Weight Loss And Not A Diet Plan In Sight


We all know what to do to lose weight don’t we? Eat less and move more. That’s what they say but many of us know it’s easier said than done. We tend to think we need to go on some sort of diet plan and that will be the answer to our overweight problem.

If only this were true….Despite oodles of diet plans, exercise programs, fitness instructors, CD’s, videos and books you would think we should be able to lose the weight easily and then  just go back to our ‘normal’ lives. After all we have paid the price (diet) now we want the prize (slim).

This sounds good in theory but any of the above options are only a short-term ‘fix’ at the best and absolutely useless as a weight loss solution at worst. You did say you wanted permanent weight loss didn’t you? I was sure you said that.

For this to happen you know in your heart of hearts you need to change your habits. But they don’t tell you how to do this with mainstream diets. They cannot help you make the changes to your lifestyle as a diet is most likely impossible to continue with for very long. The more you attempt them the more you will get caught up in the destructive yo-yo weight loss/gain cycle that leads to ongoing frustration and disappointment.

Why the diet approach doesn’t work

The most important and most overlooked part of a diet or weight loss program is the guidance about HOW you can change your habits particularly towards food and exercise. Wouldn’t you agree that is easy to know what to do, but it is so much harder to actually DO IT? After all you know what foods you eat and what to avoid and you know you need proper exercise but you don’t do it.

You see the state of the outside of your body and particularly if you are living in an overweight body you may not like very much means that your inner mind programming is a match for that ‘outer’ body. Just telling yourself to DO IT is not going to work because nothing has changed. It is never enough to tell yourself or try and force yourself to “Just Do It”. If you could do that, then wouldn’t you have already DONE IT?

Without creating inner fundamental transformation, any words or actions you place on top of faulty mind programming is just adding extra layers of resistance that cannot change what you want to happen on the ‘outside’. This is where a diet fails so miserably. It does not even address the feelings, thoughts and self-beliefs that got you stuck in an overweight body in the first place.  

What else is there apart from a diet?

The best type of weight loss is easy and effortless. But how is this possible you ask? Let me explain. When you identify your limiting thoughts, ideas and self-beliefs and you replace them with better, more positive, health orientated and focused beliefs you begin to transform your inside (your subconscious mind) to match up with the result you want on the outside.

Only when this has taken place can you achieve inner alignment and congruence…and when you do THAT, you cannot NOT GET the outcome you so desperately desire. The outcome of a slim, strong, fit, healthy body – your dream body, all achieved with effortless, struggle-free action.

This place where effortless weight loss occurs means that you are inspired from within – which is a 1000 times more powerful and effective than anything you can ever force on yourself. This is the place where there is no struggle, no force, no trying to make yourself do it and certainly no diet plan in sight.

You will WANT to live healthy and fit and you will easily follow through with the consistent healthy actions so you feel good and you look good – permanently. You take action TODAY because it’s easy to do. It’s effortless for you.
