How You Heard About Inside Out Weight Loss?

We see it everywhere. Diet plans and programs, weight loss television shows, diet pills and advertising that tells us we can lose 30 pounds in 30 days or get a six pack in six weeks.

We get inspired by the before and after photos, the slick marketing and become convinced it will work for us too. But the problem is these things are NOT working for as many as 95 percent of us. The rate of overweight people in our world continues to climb and now numbers a whopping two thirds of us.

There is a solution to successful weight loss and the problem is it is totally being ignored by mainstream weight loss plans and programs. If there is a ‘secret’ it is that successful weight loss can ONLY be had by training the MIND and body at the same time.

Weight loss can only happen when the cause is addressed

This means we address the problem at the ROOT – the cause.  That cause is located deep in our subconscious mind with hidden patterns of thought and self-beliefs that are not serving us well. You are likely to not even be aware of them. Inherited ‘wisdom’ and misinformation about nutrition, dieting and what proper exercise really is mixed together with some plain old self-delusion means your inner ‘mind’ templates are working against you rather than for you.

Our subconscious mind is where all of our thoughts, emotions, feelings and self-beliefs originate and they are what drive your actions (or inaction) especially decisions about food and exercise every single day. If you are overweight this ‘faulty’ inner mind programming has likely led you to turn to food sometimes.

You may be eating the wrong types of foods, too much of them and have developed a habit of avoiding exercise. These are the things in your lifestyle that will need to be changed if you want to lose weight and more importantly KEEP IT OFF.

So firstly you will have to get to know YOU a lot deeper. You will need to discover more about what makes you tick. For most people, just figuring out when and how much we need to eat and exercise to lose weight does not mean it will be enough for us to achieve it. Chances are you are going to have to dig deeper to identify and change some long-standing attitudes, habits, feelings and assumptions that influence your relationship with food and shape your lifestyle.

These things are what have bought you to where you are today – for better or worse. If you are living in an overweight, unhealthy and unhappy body and wish to change that then you will need to make some changes in your ‘inner’ mind programming first.

Weight loss can only happen from the inside out

Think of it like losing weight from the inside out and the very good news is once you address this part of you weight loss becomes so much easier and more permanent. When some new thoughts and ideas are dropped into your subconscious mind they grow and intensify. Pretty much straight away you will find yourself making better choices with your eating and you will even enjoy exercise.

Once you program in to your mind your goal of becoming a slim fit person living in a healthy, feel-good body you will automatically make decisions that will lead you to it without even having to think about it. This is truly easy and effortless weight loss and it can be yours if you spend a little time on the ‘inside’ first. This will undoubtedly be the single most important thing you can do to lose weight and keep it off.
